10 Day Shakeology Challenge

Whether you are someone who is on top of their health or you are someone who needs to get started on the healthy train I would like to invite you to my 10 Day Shakeology Challenge. 



What's a 10 Day Shakeology Challenge?  




This challenge is designed for people who want the very best for their bodies.  Shakeology is made with only the best ingredients for our bodies.  The creators of Shakeology travel the world to find these ingredients because it is important to them to provide the best nutritional shake on the market.

This 10 day Shakeology Challenge is perfect also for someone who is not ready to commit to one of my full 30, 60, 90 day programs yet.  You can do almost anything for 10 days so why not do something for yourself, 
for your health.

The Shakeology Challenge will help you lose weight, incorporate exercise into your daily routine, and get in the habit of eating healthy, 
balanced meals properly. 




During the 10 Days you will be asked to do the following: 

Drink Shakeology once per day for 10 days, ideally replacing one of your meals/snacks. 

Exercise 8 out of the 10 days for at least 30 minutes (your choice of exercise)

Drink half your body weight in water at a minimum daily

Follow the Shakeology Eating plan found here

Record your weight and measurements on Day 1 Day 5, and Day 11 (for 10 full days of nutrition and exercise).  

Optional: Incorporate a Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse either in the beginning of your 10 Days or at the end of the 10 Day Challenge.

Once you have completed the 10-day Shakeology Challenge it will be easier than ever to stick with your fitness and nutrition routine!
