Brazil Butt Lift and TurboFire Hybrid Week 2 Review



Here is my Week 2 in Review of my current workout.  I am in my second full week of a Brazil Butt Lift and TurboFire Hybrid.  I really  need to start keeping a daily log of how I like the workout because by the end of the week I kind of forget.  So bare with me as I rack my brain and remember.  

Monday - Fire 45 & Stretch 10
These long TurboFire days are killing me!  I am not complaining because when I am finished I am so happy and proud of myself for sticking it out!  The workouts are great just really long and unfortunately are not fitting into my schedule all that great.  I was dripping in sweat after I was done and I felt energized!!!!

Tuesday - Bum Bum
Love this workout! I love Brazil Butt Lift! I was looking forward to it all last night! It is fun, energizing, great music, and awesome workout!  Everytime I see or hear the name of the program - Brazil Butt Lift I really wish they would have added something else into the name so people know you work more than your butt.  

Wednesday - Hiit 15 & Stretch 10
Ahh, now this is my kind of workout!  If all the TurboFire workouts were as intense AND short like Hiit 15 was I would be in Exercise Heaven!  As I told you last week I love stretching, so I enjoyed Stretch 10 again just the same!!

Thursday - High & Tight and Secret Weapon
Okay, so these two workouts combined make for a long amount of time for me to be exercising.  I have to say, I still love them!! My legs feel like jelly after I am done these two workouts.  Today I had to take a break in between the two workouts because my legs, butt, and stomach were on FIRE!! High and tight is right up there as one of my favorite workouts!! Secret Weapon makes the burn even more intense.  These two workouts combined are sure to produce incredible results! 

Friday - Fire 55EZ
Well I gotta say I like 55 EZ better than 45EZ.  I like the choreography and the actual exercises better.  Honestly thinking about it though, I probably liked it better because I could follow along better.  The choreography was much easier I think than 45EZ.  Although this again was a longer than normal workout for me, I loved the intense feeling of a total body workout.  I did wake up 15 minutes earlier to make sure I got the workout in though...this still weighs on my mind.

Saturday - BBL Sculpt
So I was not prepared for Sculpt today!  I did not have my bands ready to use and so I just used weights and for some of the exercise I used nothing.  Next time I do this workout for sure I will try using the bands for the added resistance.  Some exercises I was okay with using weights and others it was just too awkward.  Come to think of it, I will have both the band and my weights available.  
I really enjoyed this workout as I have missed weight training very much.  It was not all that intense so I think someone just beginning with weights would have no problem at all following along.  

Sunday - Rest Day
I usually do something light on my rest days but today I did not do an exercise program. I took the rest and apparently my body needed it!

I love my new lifestyle...well I guess it is not so new anymore but I like to keep changing things up so I don't get bored.  I love exercising and I love eating healthy!  I wish I would have learned sooner how simple these two things could be incorporated into my life.  I will continue to work harder to make sure it stays in my life, my family's life, and hopefully I can help others too!  Where are you at in your life when it comes to health and fitness?  Is it time for you to start making changes too?  CONTACT ME and I can share with you all that I learned and help you too!!!!
