30 minute workouts that will get your muscles working quickly with maximum results. How does this work? Tony took everything he learned in P90X, P90X2, and even the original P90, and put together the most intense 30 minute workouts you can imagine.
The sequences and the series of the workouts were put together in a way that will do two things:
1. It will let you push as hard as possible the entire time 
2. It will give you the perfect time in between your workouts to recover.

After a ton of research, Tony Horton learned that most people push HARD for 30 minutes of any workout, and the rest of the workout people are taking it easy and just going through the motions.   • Try-ometrics (think plyometrics, X3 style!)
  • Isometrics- alternating between upper and lower body movements.
