Chocolate Banana Pudding

Okay so I saw this recipe and thought could this really be clean and REALLY is it going to taste good?  
Well the answer is YES.  I love it and my family loves it so that means it is a score for another new recipe.  My son loved it so much he LICKED the bowl!! That is a sure sign this recipe is quite tasty!! 

Chocolate Banana Pudding 
with or without Chocolate Shakeology


Ingredients...
2 very ripe bananas (the riper they are the sweeter they will be)
1/8 - 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder or Chocolate Shakeology

Directions...
1. Peel bananas and break them into small pieces in a bowl.  Mash with a fork.
2. Add Cocoa powder or Shakeology and mix/mash. You want to keep mixing/mashing until all the powder is incorporated
3. Garnish with unsweetened coconut and chopped nuts
ENJOY!! 

Oh and I forgot to mention, this is super easy to make which makes this a double bonus.  My kids helped me
mash the bananas and I must say they had fun doing it!! You can also try this pudding as a spread on toast or bread.  Personally we enjoyed ours as our afternoon snacks in a bowl just like the picture above shows.
