Time to get Back on Track

Well last week was not the greatest weeks I have had since changing my life and becoming healthier, more fit, and happier.  I do not know what hit me but Monday something hit me hard and I was down for the count most of Monday and Tuesday.  Wednesday I was feeling better and by Saturday I would say I was back to normal.  Thank goodness! More importantly whatever I had I pray my husband and children do not get.  I have been staying up way later than I probably should so my mom and husband thought I was just exhausted and it caught up with me.  As long as no one else gets sick I don't care what I had but I am trying to make a conscious effort to get to bed earlier than I had been.


With that being said I am going to write about my Brazil Butt Lift/TurboFire hybrid week in review tomorrow night.  I have however made the decision that I am going to finish out my last two weeks of the month doing Brazil Butt Lift.  I will keep you posted on my thoughts and share my progress before I start Les Mills Combat in January.

Here is the Brazil Butt Lift schedule for the week:
Monday - Sculpt
Tuesday - Cardio Axe and Bum Bum
Wednesday -  Sculpt
Thursday - Bum Bum and High & Tight
Friday - Sculpt
Saturday - Bum Bum and Tummy Tuck
Sunday - Rest Day,  most likely Pilates or a Hiit workout from TurboFire
