Transformation Spotlight - Mom Loses 20 pounds of Baby Weight!!

Any Mom who has carried a child knows there is weight that gets put on during those 9 months of bliss!! Some people put on very little weight and others a whole lot more.  Some moms lose the weight right away and others don't. 

With my first child I lost most of my weight right away, with my second it was much harder.  In either case though I was always left with a bit of a belly pooch that always drove me nuts!! I know I am not alone, I am told it is one of the many memories of carrying a child BUT I wanted it GONE!! 

This transformation story I am sharing with you today is also about a mom after childbirth who wanted to get rid of some excess she had accumulated.  I think most if not all moms should read this story so you know IT CAN BE DONE - YOU CAN LOSE THAT BABY WEIGHT!!!!

Here is what Fiorella had to say about her experience, 

So for the next few months, I wore my maternity clothes. After two and a half months, I stopped feeling sorry for myself, got off my butt, and decided to start working out again. Besides, I didn't want to be a fat and lazy mom. I wanted to be in shape, totally active, and a positive influence on my daughter’s life as she grew up. 

To get in shape and lose the post-baby pudge, I did ChaLEAN EXTREME. Not only did this program give everybody on the infomercial the results I wanted, it also looked really fun. So the challenge wasn’t figuring out what to do, but when to do it. As any new mom will tell you, caring for a baby is exhausting. And even though I wanted to work out, I rarely had any energy. But thankfully I signed up for a Challenge Group which inspired me daily and held me accountable for following through on the promises I made to them, and myself. They truly were the most important part of my success. 

We had daily “assignments” in the group, which not only made me feel important, it challenged me as well. On the days I didn’t feel like eating healthy or exercising, just knowing others in my group were doing exactly what I “didn’t feel like doing” pushed me to follow through. It’s so beautiful to see how each of us became friends over time, even though we never met in person. We all helped change each other from the inside out. Plus, being able to work out from home was key to helping me losing all that weight because I was finally able to ditch the excuses. It felt like I had a personal coach, in my house, at the exact time I wanted one.

Another huge part of my weight-loss success was Shakeology. I’m a chocolate lover and used to eat so much chocolate that my husband either had to hide it from me, or throw it away because I couldn't control myself. But thankfully, Shakeology helped control my junk food cravings. It made me feel full, improved my metabolism, and made me regular—which I didn’t even know was a problem until it was no longer a problem. 

I am so proud of myself for getting in shape the healthy way, and not by some magic pill. Today, I’m way more active, happier, and positive than ever. I went from 138 lbs. to 118 and have totally toned up. Plus, I’ve taken what I learned and am now helping others lose weight. It’s so beautiful to see smiles of others who’ve changed their lives too.
