Meal Plan for Week of October 8-14, 2012

After a weekend away from home I am so happy that I preplan all my meals.  We went to Pittsburgh this weekend and I took along almost all of our meals.  The only meals I did not pack were dinner Friday night and dinner Saturday night.  We had plans with friends both of those evenings.  Even eating out I was able to stay on track! 

So of course Sunday night is my night to prepare for the week ahead and figure out what my family and I are going to be eating.  After that I put together my grocery store list and shop the next day. 

here is my meal plan for the week...


I try to follow the principles of clean eating when I am planning my meals.  Eating clean has changed my life in so many ways.  I really did not believe it would but trust me it has and then some!  I am slowly adapting my husband and children to this new eating lifestyle of mine.  I am the one who does all the grocery shopping and cooking so they either eat what I make or they don't.  Luckily I usually have a hungry bunch and the recipes I make are DELICIOUS!
