Blueberry Banana Pie Overnight Oats

Who wouldn't love having breakfast ready for them in the morning?  I know I would and I do when it comes to this delicious recipe that a friend shared with me.  


2 cups rolled oats
2 cups skim milk, almond milk, or soy milk
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 small bananas, peeled and chopped
1-1.5 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and place in fridge overnight.  
In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold, warm, or maybe even add a sprinkle of granola on top.  

Keeps in fridge for 2-3 days.  
Makes 4-6 servings.

Eating healthy can be so easy, all you have to do is give it a try and go from there.  My guess is, you will feel and feel better!!
