Popcorn Bowl

Another Friday movie night last night at our house. 
This time it was the Sword and the Stone. 
I cannot believe I am 36 years old and I have never seen this movie. 

We laid out our "picnic" blanket ate our dinner and later followed it up with our favorite movie time snack - POPCORN!!  We have one of those old movie time popcorn makers and so the kids get a kick out of it and I love making fresh healthy popcorn.  Tonight I jazzed it up a bit though and made one of the popcorn recipes in my Les Mills Pump nutrition booklet (it came with my Les Mills Pump package).  It is called a POPCORN BOWL.  Check it out!! 


3 cups popcorn
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons raisins or dried cranberries (I used cranberries this particular night)

Toss together all ingredients and ENJOY!!
