If you follow me on my social media sites you are constantly seeing me post about T25 right now. I am getting ready to enter my 8th Week of T25 and I have to say I am lovin' it.  I have never worked so hard for 25 minutes and I must say the results I am seeing are fabulous.  My legs have always been a problem area for me to gain strength but WOW, I see MUSCLE!! I am a part of my T25 challenge group and these ladies are amazing.  The support and dedication from each and every one of them is off the charts!!  So I have to point out that having a community of support to help you stay on track makes all the difference in the world. So don't try to go at it alone. Having a coach for support is FREE, you just have to find a coach that fits your style and make sure stay engaged with them.

Focus T25


FOCUS T25 is a new 10-Week program made up of workouts that only take 25 minutes to do. This fast and effective workout is about no nonsense, no wasted time, and all about getting great results. I've done this one too and it was a great workout plus it felt like you were at a dance party with all the great music. I absolutely love Chalene Johnson so all her workouts are my favorites!!
