Picante Frittata

As I stated  yesterday I am following a modified version of the Eat Clean Diet's Stripped program.  One of the recipes included in the meal plan is the Picanta Frittata.  Last week was my first attempt at making a frittata and that one was awesome so I was up for the challenge of trying another new frittata recipe this week.  This recipe comes directly from Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet Stripped book, page 289.

I was very happy with this dish although I have to say the Be a Master of your Own Frittata recipe from last week is still my favorite Frittata.  This one was good don't get me wrong and it took a whole lot less time to prep than the other.  Time saver - Bonus!! I will definitely be adding this to my recipe box.  

So if you try this recipe, please let me know your thoughts.  Also if you have any other frittata recipes you would like to share, please do so.  As you can tell I love trying new recipes.
