Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

The Thin Kitchen Recipe book is my new favorite.  I have yet another recipe that I love - Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie.  It is delicious, easy, and FAST! Also it is a great on the go meal or snack.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie


1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop shakeology or vanilla whey protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 sliced banana
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
honey to taste, if desired
4 or 5 ice cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
Serving size: 1/2 of smoothie (Makes 2 servings)

Fat Total: 5grams
Saturated Fat: 2grams
Carbohydrates: 26grams
Fiber: 3grams
Protein: 17grams
