May 2013 - Day 3 Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse
As I am writing this post, my Day 3 is officially over - it is now 12:03am on the East Coast. Friday is here and I am exited to wake up in the morning and really feel and see the effects of the cleanse. I am also excited to hear from the other women who did the cleanse with me how their experience overall was.
