1/2 cup whole grain oats
1 cup water
Pinch of salt
Dash of cinnamon
1 level scoop of Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Flavor
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Directions...
- Prepare oats with the water and salt, according to the directions on the package
- Add the scoop of Protein powder, dash of cinnamon, and peanut butter
- Mix and Enjoy!
