So this morning first thing I did was make my meal plan. I am using up what is in my fridge and only have to go the grocery store for a few items (mainly because we are having an Easter Egg Hunt at our house later in the week).
I have to tell you, I didn't always meal plan and I wish I would have learned about it earlier in life because it makes life so much easier!! Making a meal plan is not only a great way to get/keep yourself on track with healthy eating
