Clean Eating Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients...
2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
1/4 cup bread crumbs or whole wheat panko crumbs
2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Directions...
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Break egg into a shallow dish and stir
- In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, sea salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, and oregano
- Dip each side of chicken breast into the egg and then into bread crumb mixture
- Place in a large baking dish
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until juices run clear & internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
