Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients...
1 cup skim milk or soy milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla whey vanilla or chocolate protein powder
Ice, to taste
1 packet of splenda or stevia (optional)
Directions...
Add all ingredients into a blender and smooth until smooth and frothy
Enjoy!!
